Class description:
I love “Interactive Scrapbooking” (scrapbooking layouts with envelopes, pockets, albums, customized page protectors, cards, flaps, etc.)…it’s my favorite kind of scrapbooking. And wherever I teach, the interactive style layouts that I show in class seem to be the layouts that the students are most drawn to and have the most questions about.
So even though I’ve taught classes on Interactive Scrapbooking before, I’m doing it again. I want to expand upon the whole concept and take it to the next level.
It’s going to be fun.
You’ll be creating two single page interactive layouts, viewing tons of my own interactive layouts and when you're all done, you'll still have a bunch of product left over (there's more product in these kits than I’ve ever put in a class kit before).
Each kit contains over $50.00 in retail product and since there are a variety of paper colors, you can choose the color scheme of your layouts:

To order via Paypal:

4. Enter kit payment + shipping in US dollars ($57 total within the US/$59.00 total Canadian orders/$68.00 total International orders).

You will need the following supplies:
Paper trimmer, scissors, Exacto-knife, metal edged ruler, cutting mat, adhesive (I use Hermafix tabs), Liquid glue (I recommend Zip Dry), standard sized hole punch, corner rounder, paper piercer, needle with wide eye, stapler and staples, pencil, Black fine tip American Crafts Slick Writer, two page protectors, foam brush, acrylic paint (either pink, light blue, light green or orange).
Optional supplies:
Photo Corner punch (I use an EK Success punch #RSNAPS003), date stamp, black Staz-On ink, bone folder or scoring blade, rub-on tool.
We will be creating two layouts. The first layout is entitled “Happiness is…” and will have a mini-album attached to it that will be filled with ten 4x6 photos of things that make you happy (ie. Kids playing at the beach, a cup of coffee, movie night, etc.). The second layout has a file folder attached to it that will be used to store artwork, homework from one of your kids, genealogy paperwork, journaling or any other 8.5x11 papers that you choose.
You will need the following photos and memorabilia:
- Ten 4x6 photos (preferably vertical) of things that make you happy
- One HORIZONTAL 4x6 photo that goes along with the artwork, homework, journaling, genealogy paperwork that you choose to go inside file folder (for example, if you were including your son’s artwork, you would want to bring a horizontal 4x6 photo of your son)
- a small stack of 8.5x11 papers (ie. artwork, homework, journaling, genealogy paperwork, etc.)
