Had completely forgotten about all of the school clothes shopping photos I had taken of the kiddos.
Courtney was up first.
All I remember about our shopping trip is everything being 'too expensive' for her frugal sensibilities (even at the used clothing stores), eating apples & almond butter in the car to save money, and having to coax her to keep shopping when after six hours, all we had was three shirts, one pair of pants, and one skirt.
And that's the face of a girl who is done shopping.
"Frugal sensibilities"- girl after my own heart! Totally feelin ya with that last shot. Courtney, you are a gem. (So are you, Karen.)

I find clothes shopping depressing! 6 hours sounds like torture!

Oh I feel your pain. My Chandler just turned 13 so I took her clothes shopping as a treat. It took 2 hours to decide on one sweater--off the clearance rack! She couldn't commit to any sort of outfit until she'd done math on what it would cost. I finally said--just throw stuff in the cart, I'll tell you when to stop! We ended up buying Big Bang theory on DVD :/ ;)
