Let me preface this post by saying, it is really hard to take in all the magic that Walt has to offer and take good pictures at the same time.
Therefore...behold, my less than magnificent Disneyland photos...
There's something about kids in mouse ears...
And kids (wearing mouse ears) that have to hold their Dad's hand because they're in trouble.
And kids who think they're too big to wear mouse ears.
We heard a rumor that if you hold up a sign at the Jedi Training Academy, that they are more likely to pick you out of the crowd. So Ross made a sign for Coley that said "The force followed me from Oregon"...
and apparently, the rumor is true.
We take them to the "happiest place on earth" and these are their best smiles.
Courtney Lee having lunch with all the princesses at Ariel's Grotto.
Ross & Coley decided to pass on the "princess luncheon" and went to Terror Tower instead (that's Terror Tower in the background).
And though Cole might lead us to believe that he had the time of his life on this ride...
Ross said he cried.
He may be too big for mouse ears, but he's not too big to ask for Goofy's autograph.
Courtney Lee getting a kick out of how Pluto signed her book.
Coley thinking that he lost his family in Toon Town after wandering off on his own.
And a very special thank you to the kind stranger who took this lovely photo of Ross and I right before we got on the roller coaster (that I almost threw up on) at California Adventures.
don't you just love strangers who volunteer to take your picture. bless their little non-photographer hearts. looks like you had a great time! i read that tara was sick that weekend. was she still able to get your pictures done????

mouse ears are magical, aren't they?
love those photos...
bummer on the blurry pic. :(
was that California Screamin'?
I nearly threw up about 20 minutes after I got off it.
once the adrenaline wore off I got REAL sick.
Thinking your going to puke in a trash can at the happiest place on earth is so NOT a happy thing.

I'm sorry, but that last photo made me laugh out loud. Mainly from sympathy for you. I quit handing my camera to people to take photos because the pic's were always blurry.

What are you talking about? The pictures are GREAT - you captured the little moments beautifully! Glad you guys had a great time!
I have been meaning to email you about a local Utah band called Royal Bliss that Ross might like since he's into music. My DH is in a band (plays the guitar) and he's a huge fan of them. Just thought I'd let you know. (you could have him google their name to find the website)

How fun---I think the pics are great, and its so much more important to have had a good time with the kids anyway!
It really is the happiest place on earth--isn't it?

I am in love with that pic you took of Courtney Lee walking from behind. You can see she's happy even without seeing the look on her pretty face.
Wonderful pictures, all of them! Thanks for sharing them with us.

Wonderful photos!
You probably get these questions all the time, but I keep looking for those Honeydew Quote Cardstock sticker 12x12 sheets and haven't found them ANYWHERE online. Even the CI web site only says "available in stores" and doesn't offer ordering.
Is it just too soon? Do you have any idea where they will be offered and when?
Thanks!

LOVE the photos... Disney pics always give me chills for some reason... Don't ya love it when you hand your camera to a complete stranger and that's what you get! I handed off the camera on our honeymoon to someone, and got basically the same thing. Can't even tell it's us!
