Thanks for not giving up on me.
I'm technologically challenged, so I had to have someone come out to my house last night to help me get things squared away with my old hard drive that failed and to help me get my old backup hard drive set up as my new main hard drive and to get another hard drive set up to backup my new, main hard drive.
It confuses me just to type it.
And while my husband is quite capable of dealing with all of this, I think he purposely chooses to keep a safe distance from my all of my hard drives, lest he ever be held accountable for any problems associated with them.
All that matters though is that I don't think I lost any photos and I've got pictures to share of Santa in Jacksonville...
Hoping to be back with more soon.

Gosh if Courtney Lee isn't looking like a teenager now. sniff sniff. Great pics!

I can't believe that the horse ate that kids head! These inspire me to get my Christmas photos off the memory card. Happy New Year

Glad that your hard drive is in working order! My plug broke off on mine right before Christmas and after much time and effort, I had to order an exact replica of the drive and replace the plug, because the drive I had was encrypted! FINALLY today, after running a recovery program...my files started to show themselves!! I think I can finally get a good nights sleep:) My 2013 resolution: BACKUP MY FILES!! Glad to hear that yours are safe and sound:)

So glad that the hard drive was rescued...and that your photo are safe.
Looking through your photos makes me realize that time truly is passing...all the kids have grown so in just one year.
The special thing though...no matter how old your kids are getting...I can still see the "magic" in their eyes. You do such an incredible job of sharing special traditions and time with your family. Always love your stories and photos.

That looks like so much fun! My kids are scared of Santa so we avoid all Santa meet and greets! So glad your hard drive was recovered. I need to get better at that!

Great photos of course....the kids are growing up so fast. I love that my Sienna is the same age as Annie so of course both of them having the missing front teeth...it's funny.

Like everyone else said, Courtney Lee is growing up so fast! Love her outfit!
Actually all 3 look so much older! And Annie's missing tooth gap is adorable!

Great photos as always! Karen - definitely check out Carbonite. it's an annual fee, but it backs up anything you want remotely. After my hard drive crashed, it restored everything - photos, music, even my internet bookmarks. The few things I couldn't figure out, they did in minutes. I think it's well worth it. Bonus? you can access your files from any computer in the world. I think it is about $60 a year.
