That's a little more boobage than I would like share here on my blog (and trust me, something about the angle is making me look a bit more voluptuous than I am in real life) but I've got a homesick husband and I promised him a photo that would cheer him up.
He took that shot in Greece (Santorini to be exact) just a few days after I got done teaching back in October 2010.
Might be one of the best memories of my entire life.
And if you're reading this Josh Downs...I can't wait until we're sitting on the front steps at night after the kids go to bed with a beer and a Sprite/lime/vodka/spash of cranberry, toasting to the fact that you're home.

One of my favorite parts of deployment is the dreaming, the remembering, the plan-making for when we're Together Again. I'm excited for you. For where you're walking, what you know. . . and the LOVE you've got. Golden times ahead for each of you.

One of the best things about our deployments has been the dreaming we do. . . and the remembering. Golden times are ahead. Can't wait to celebrate with you, Karen.
